<p>Hi,</p>
<p>I have written an application in Java which is launching an Icon in my SystemTray.</p>
<p>When I am closing this Icon residing in system Tray, its closing my Red Hat Network Alert Notification Tool also vice-versa. It seems to me some problem with the way i am handling this java applet, "Red Hat Network Alert Notification" tray is also written in java.

<p>But this doesn't have any problem in GNOME, i can open and close any individual system tray application.</p>
<p>Any hints to make it work smoothly on KDE as its working in GNOME.</p>
