[kde-linux] Clues on controlling the panel in KDE 4.4

You mention the 4.4 betas, which I'm not yet doing.  However, you don't 
mention where you were coming from, 4.3, 3.5, or some other desktop 
environment.  While I can't speak to 4.4, if you're looking for info on 
the philosophy behind activities in general, and how the panels work with 
4.3 and presumably still work similarly in 4.4, that we could talk 
about.  But I don't know if that's what you are requesting or not...
