[kde-linux] Spell-checker for kmail is off

I've had this happen once or twice after updates.  The easiest way is to go to 
~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc and under the Composer section you will find the 
line

autoSpellChecking=false

Change it to true.  Next time you start kmail it should be working again.
