Installed the kdelibs5-dev.
The Semantik still says KDE4 required. Maybe if I were doing this in a kde4 
session, it would be happier but I still cannot run kde4!
I retried the kdiamond. The cmake gets as far as the CXX  compiler, works, 
then it hangs! The ktorrent-3.0rc1 behaves the same way.
