[kde-linux] non-KDE apps have coloured sliders

I recently installed Fedora Core 5 (plus all recent yum updates) on a new 
drive and kept my /home from my old FC4 installation. Non-KDE apps like 
GAIM and GKrellm have sliders that look like they are using the Crystal 
(?) theme colour - a gradient light blue even though I have the "Apply 
colors to non-KDE applications" checkbox marked. Only sliders are 
affected. Netscape 7 obeys the colours.

A bug? A missed setting?
