[kde-linux] prefix in Kubuntu

I can't manage to get configure to work for compiling a KDE program on 
Kubuntu. Does anyboy know what prefix it expects? This is a new distro for me 
and the directories for KDE are scattered all over.

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
