[kde-linux] cups printing user issue

Yes, it certainly is in my path.  (/usr/local/kde3/bin/cupsdoprint)

Can you check the location of the cupsdoprint executable? Is it in
your PATH? This command is usually installed in `kde-config --prefix`/bin.
