Vietnamese KRITA only translation for version 5.2

Dear KDE Vietnamese translation team,

I would like to contribute Vietnamese translation to Krita app, but when I got here:

I got three files separately, is there a mechanism for forking, git clone to your HDD, and then once done creating a merge request allowing you to pull in changes, somewhere that I could use? How do you propose what the working process should be?
