as the top developer program in the
newly released 2003 Developer
Relations Programs Annual Report, a
survey of 500 developers conducted
last month by Evans Data Corp. The
survey found that more than twice as
many developers selected Microsoft's
program as best overall than
selected any other program. </font></p>
