<p>Last year, Shantanu filed the application for the KDE PoTD, and there was a group of us who were all in a position to get to FOSS.in, but as Shantanu pointed out, most of is have exams, I&#39;m no longer in India etc. I guess it&#39;s just that someone else should be doing it in December, other than the usual group. </p>
