Well, the documentation is include in likipi header file, especially interface.h

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdegraphics/libs/libkipi/libkipi/interface.h?revision=911273&view=markup

To have a good reference how to set-up kipi interface for host, you can take a look to digiKam code :

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/extragear/graphics/digikam/utilities/kipiiface/

no i want do use the kipi-plugins in kgrab. Particularly i am interested
in the export funktions of kipi-plugin. Kgrab is a fork of KSnaphshot
cause in ksnapshot there should be no more new funktions. KGrab is open
for new funktions like exporting to different Picture host services.

I think kipi-plugins is the best way to get them in there.

Thanks
