SVN commit 703811 by anaselli:<br><br>- Clean m_photoSize memory if page layout is changed<br>- A4 is really default by now<br>- 10x15 photos layout fixing to print with hp driver (4x6&quot; full bleed mode)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; it needs test with other printers

<br><br>TODO<br>- A6 is not good for 10x15cm, better implementation of pagesize should be needed<br>- need to add 13x18cm (5x7&quot;) managed by hp driver<br>- add dpi management, with some tests has improved my print-out quality (needs a code review though)
