kipi-plugins RemoveRedEyes plugin process wrong image regions, fill image parts
with green color

typically affected pictures: lips, hands or children with strawberry.
Unfortunatelly original pictures are overwriten by plugin, so i can provide
only result photos for now.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Apply plugin with standart settings to high amount of typcally affected photos.


Actual Results:  
Destroyed pictures:
red-eye-bug3.jpeg  


Expected Results:  
no green blotches, no changes on pictures, since there are no red eyes.

i have more destroyed photos and can provide it, if it is helpfull for bug
analysis/fix
