This bug is still valid on my system (KDE3 on Debian testing).

But I'm a bit confused.  My system reports that installed version of
kipi-plugins is "0.1.7-2".  (See here:  
http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=kipi-plugins ) 
But kipi-plugins website shows last version for KDE is 0.1.6....   

I don't have access to KDE4 so can't test 0.2.0 - sorry.
