[Kde-imaging] [Bug 162994] picasa album list does not contain "not listed" albums, contains only "public" albums

The changes are in kipi-plugins. I have personally tested them for KDE4
digikam and I was able to get the unlisted albums in the list. Also the
login problem should be fixed now.
