[Kde-imaging] Where to post bug reports and feature requests

eh eh as GIlles said FlickrExport tool is a kipi-plugin so the right room is
more like this one:
http://www.kipi-plugins.org/drupal/node/5

Anyway you could find most developers either in digikam room or kde-image one
(irc for instance).
