[Kde-imaging] kipi-plugins-0.1.3: --with-libgpod works? ( not for me)

Well that was my suggestion in path. I believe a >= is better that a strict "="
we cannot think that all the future releases will not compatible, while it's easy
to fix the version in svn. But that's is my opinion of course.
