[Kde-imaging] Gwenview, kdegraphics and libkipi

Yes and I wonder when we're going to start that. I mean there are things should/could be improved.
I'd like to get a plugin by name for instance, in such a way a host application can put printwizard as 
default print option in file menu (if pw is enabled), maybe add a contest menu to sendmail if you 
select a picture (if sendimage is enabled) etc.
I mean the libkipi cannot lay down for a long time, and changes are needed.
IMO having libkipi in kdegraphics can happen when libkipi has more features
and changes can be done on kde major  releases.
Well if we don't mean to make any changes, we can do that without problems,
but we should acknoledge libkipi/kipi-plugins' defeat imo :(

As you know I'm not so old in this project and i'm not the right person
to take a decision like that, since i don't do a lot of libkipi changes :/ 
I suggest only to think well about that.
