[Kde-i18n-fa] New team!

Hi everybody
I want to say i love KDE and i'm ready to participate in KDE translation
project. as a resume for me and related to this project i'm student of
computer engineering with lots of development experiences in branches like
application, web, DB, Network so i think i can help great in translating
development packages of KDE but all packages and maintainance are OK. i'm
waiting for response.
for first step i'm reading KDE localization HOWTO to know translation
procedure exactly.
