<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Das Problem wird sein, "locate" sprachlich deutlich von der "normalen" Dateisuche zu unterscheiden. Mit der normalen Suche kann man sehr genau angeben was man sucht (Dateirechte, Datum eingrenzen, enthaltenen Text, ...) und dann wird ausgehend vom aktuellen Verzeichnis danach gesucht, was entsprechend lange dauern kann.</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Mit Lokalisierung dagegen (gerade ausprobiert) wird der vollständige Dateibaum nach Pfadnamen durchsucht, die eine bestimmte Zeichenkette enthalten. Dabei wird auf eine Indexdatenbank zurückgegriffen, was die Suche extrem schnell macht, quasi instantan.</p>
