[kde-guidelines] Update: Serving Docbook

Ok, some updates on technical Docbook.

A thread on docbook-apps about serving dynamically. In short, Bob Stayton, the 
author of the Docbook XSLs: "Hm.. dunno."

While it is tricky, and perhaps even hackish, to serve dynamically, I cannot 
yet tell if it's more worse than going static. (sounds good right?)


A cool project which does CSS rendering directly from the XML source. This 
have many limitations, but still an interesting possibility one can keep in 
the backyard. It needs support for the xml-stylesheet processing instruction  
in XML files, which Konqueror currently doesn't have. The Mozilla family 
have, though.
