<p>i say proof-of-concept because done properly there should be a check to see if it should be rendered or not with a call to QStyleSheet::mightBeRichText(m_message) and the QSimpleRichText should only be created when m_message changes (for performance)</p>

<p>but.. yeah.. this is getting to close to what i'd like to see for kicker's popup effect (minus the animation though.. unless we can come up with something nice and calming ... )</p>
