<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">MLT 7 has been released about a month ago (https://github.com/mltframework/ mlt/releases/tag/v7.0.1). MLT is Kdenlive's mediabackend and one of the main dependencies. We want to port Kdenlive from MLT 6 to MLT 7 for version 21.08. However one of our pipelines (<a href="https://build.kde.org/job/Applications/job/kdenlive/">https://build.kde.org/job/Applications/job/kdenlive/</a>) is based on FreeBSD 12 (<a href="https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-tooling/-/tree/master/doc/FreeBSD">https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-tooling/-/tree/master/doc/FreeBSD</a>) and we are now waiting for FreeBSD to release MLT 7. This massage is to inform you about our plans as you are might not releasing MLT 7 because Kdenlive needs MLT 6 and we are in a vicious circle. Do you have any plans when this will happen?</p>
