I cannot build the devel/qt4-rcc port on an amd64 FreeBSD 11.0 system.<br>
The build fails on my regular desktop and also on a brand new jail with<br>
FreeBSD 11.0. I have attached my list of packages and the output from<br>
the build. However, since the configure script fails, there is no<br>
config.log file.<br>

Any help would be appreciated.<br>
