devel/cmake-core doesn’t use most of Mk/Uses/cmake.mk because it has to
bootstrap itself. It has it’s own configure script which is why the default
CMAKE_ARGS don’t apply. It’s simple enough to make the build verbose, though.
We just need to add “--verbose” to CONFIGURE_ARGS in devel/cmake-core/Makefile.
