With the KDE update 5.25 the sounds from the oxygen style were moved to an
extra package. However, x11/kf5-frameworkintegration refers to some of these
sounds in plasma_workspace.notifyrc. This leads to error messages, e.g. 
"kf.notifications: Audio notification requested, but sound file from notifyrc
file was not found, aborting audio notification". 
With the patch the sounds are again as before with in the plasma5-oxygen
package.
