With the storms passed, I ran the upgrades of qt6 over night, and yes they
seemed to work fine on webengine. I reconfirmed this morning by checking
CMakeCache.txt after running an explicit make clean configure. Hopefully if
262109 gets merged these workarounds to cmake fighting ports won't be needed.

not sure if I should go with closed, duplicate bug, or just fixed. duplicate
feels more correct as python.mk and cmakes FindPython set of routines conflict
seems to be the root of it all.
