I don't actually now if what's  follow is the right thing to do, but I 
patched this
automoc4 file:

     /usr/local/lib/automoc4/automoc4.files.in

to add the 'BOOST_TT_HAS_OPERATOR_HPP_INCLUDED' entry into the 
'MOC_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS' and 'MOC_DEFINITIONS' settings:

> MOC_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS:
> @_moc_cdefs@;BOOST_TT_HAS_OPERATOR_HPP_INCLUDED
> MOC_DEFINITIONS:
> @_moc_defs@;BOOST_TT_HAS_OPERATOR_HPP_INCLUDED
