Hello.

I translated what is proposed in the source. So, I am not sure to understand
the scope of the issue.
Moreover, it is a heavy workload and translations are a bit touchy. So, I will
open a discussion with the FR translation team on the need to translate
announcements for KDE frameworks.
May be only titles will be translated.
Thank you for your feedback on what is to be fixed for the FR translation.
