SVN is open again for everyone

Bonsoir à tous,

Je viens de relancer le script de scatter / merge et tout a l'air d'avoir
bien fonctionné avec la nouvelle structure.
Dites moi si vous voyez des choses bizarres.

Pour la génération des docbook (update_xml), il a l'air d'y avoir quelques
soucis donc je l'ai désactivé le temps de creuser ça.
