languages(); otherwise a dud entry will be created for it in<br />
dictionarycombobox.</p>

<p>Emit a signal when loading a dictionary fails, so that Ui parts can<br />
display an appropriate error message informing the user about the issue,<br />
instead of failing silently.</p>
