Respin request for KConfigWidgets

Hello,

I would like to make a respin for kconfigwidgets because of the porting
aid introduced in
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfigwidgets/-/merge_requests/191.

The change about making KF5::CoreAddons a public was discussed at the
KF6 weekly. Because we already require KCoreAddons implicitly and will
explicitly require it in KF6's KCMUtils it should be fine.
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfigwidgets/-/merge_requests/193
should be merged before the respin, because I used 5.106 in the @since
tags initially.
