REVISION SUMMARY
  - setupBindings() doesn't take an engine parameter
  - setupBindings() is deprecated and suggests to call setupContext() instead, although you need to setup the engine as well **and** tell KDeclarative to use that engine.

TEST PLAN
  - the previous example code wouldn't compile
