D25743: Expose IndexerState enum to QML

  Thanks, now it compiles! I'm not sure it's working perfectly though. I updated D25447 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D25447> to use this, but it's claiming that my indexer is suspended, while ` balooctl status` disagrees.
