D23472: Enable typing soft-hyphen characters

REVISION SUMMARY
  The typeChars() functions filters out non-printable characters, except for:
  \t, \n, \r; add QChar::SoftHyphen to that list.
  
  BUG: 396764

TEST PLAN
  Test typing a soft-hyphen char (here I used Compose key + minus + minus + space)
  All unit tests passed
