According to the kde policies, I need a recommendation from the maintainer module, right?<br><br>So I have to get this from extragear maintainer or from playground maintainer (if there is one)?<br><br>How do I contact this guy? </div></div>Cool. For some reason dict is still the easiest way to setup an open<br>
source bilingual dictionary, my girlfriend used kdict a lot as she<br>
studied for her German minor.<br>

Basically you should import it into 'playground' on our SVN server and<br>
develop it there. Once you think its ready to be put into extragear,<br>
write some documentation for it and then move it into kdereview. Email<br>
here and kde-core-devel for a 2 week review process before it gets<br>
moved into extragear.<br>
