I've found a bug report at Ubuntu's launchpad and reported the problem with KTurtle. I checked kturtle's translation from a 8.10 live cd, they ship the kturtle<br>
code with 18nc, but strip off the context in kturtle.mo/kturtle.po.<br>

Mauricio, Cies, ignore / reject all translation bug reports from 8.10 users<br>
and advise them to use another distro.<br>

I think there is a strong need for an action from the kde community, the gui<br>
translation of german (and a lot of other languages) is also a desaster.<br>
