I know this is not officially the correct forum for this, but seeing as my goal is to make use of some of the kde-edu software this upcoming school year and there is not much chance of me getting the OK to run GNU/Linux, I thought I would check here too. I have already posted to the kde-windows group but I have to admit that I have not had a great deal of success there.

I have been making progress and have almost completed
building kde on windows. However, while making kdelibs I get the output shown below. I was told that I need to make sure that I had applied the most recent qt-copy patches, however, under Windows this needs to be done manually and I don't know how to do that or if it will fix the problem. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem or has some advice on manually applying the qt-copy patches to see if that is the problem.

[ 27%] Generating kwallet_interface.cpp, kwallet_interface.h
Cannot process input.
