<p>Does any of you know a nice programming language for data acquisition and control?</p>

<p>As a start one could try to write Python objects with similar behavior. A GUI that generated this language could follow later. The ability to extend a generated program with a text editor could make even a very minimal GUI quite usefull.</p>
