I didn't check the content in depth, but the program does not seem to be changed too much, so fine by me.

Would it make sense to split this into two commits: the first one which simply consolidate the existing contents of all docbooks into index.docbook (without changes to the content), and the second one with the real changes? It would make easier to track the changes.
