I added a mod_rewrite rule that should fix this.  Please test.  

Also,you can use shorter URLs now:
http://wiki.30doradus.org/Travel
instead of:
http://wiki.30doradus.org/index.php/Travel or 
http://wiki.30doradus.org/index.php?title=Travel
