I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, but the config file for phonon is <br>
~/.config/<a href="http://kde.org/libphonon.conf" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">kde.org/libphonon.conf</a> and all the modern config files are in <br>
~/.config.<br>
