As of earlier this week, <code style="text-rendering: inherit;color: #4444cc;padding: 0;white-space: normal;margin: 0;line-height: inherit;">kdoctools_encode_uri</code> uses a find-module that's only provided locally. I hadn't realised it was used from an install script on WIN32. That part of this patch is correct.</p></pre>
