<font size="-1">i'm using linux mint 9 and thought i'd take time to
comment on a few items:<br>

perhaps i just cant find it, perhaps it isn't there:<br>
when reading the manual for config, i can't seem to find the use of
"different activity for each desktop"<br>
<br>
i'm assuming that means, for each desktop, the line at the bottom shows
only those windows open on that particular desktop.<br>
<br>
if i'm wrong, it would be enormously useful to be able to set such a
setting.<br>
<br>
if there is such a setting, it would be useful for it to be in the
settings dialogs and documented as such.<br>
<br>

doesn't seem to be doc for "improved window management" either, so same
comments apply here as well.<br>

"effect for desktop switching" seems to be in both the general and all
effects tabs. seems superfluous, if not confusing.<br>
