I am a newbie to KDE<BR>

My first go-round I deleted the panel (taskbar) from the desktop.<BR>

No I can't figure out how to get it back.<BR>

I'd also like to know how to set preferences ie: evolution email instead of kmail and so on.<BR>

Replies from someone (preferably some who can talk newbie) would result in me further honouring the Elder Gods<BR>
