question on use of TM

Hello all,

In updating the KMyMoney handbook, I'm working on the section on using  
SQL databases, and in the existing version, MySQL gets a TM, but  
PostgreSQL does not.  In searching the web, I do not note use of TM  
with either of them.  In general, how can I tell if a term requires use  
of TM or the R or C in a circle?  In specific, what about these two  
terms?
