Insert something like "to be written".  Then it should work.
meinproc seems to remove the empty element, and this makes the
result invalid.

In fact, this could be a guideline for authors: don't use
elements with no content if it is to be written.  (It's also more
helpful for the users if they know that something's not there
yet.)

Well I put a --- into the docbook file. I do have various problems at the 
moment though. There is an extremely long string in the split kdvi.pot from 
kdvi's docbook. I think there is a couple of problems with xml2pot, po2xml at 
the moment.

A bit of research came up with this:

I notice on the GMX pages that they use kB, but this might be a German
localisation.

So I conclude that we should be sticking with KB for the English language at
least.

Well, that's a quite political discussion. There is indeed a trend to use 10^
instead of the ancient 2^ as it's simply easier to figure. Hard disc manufactors
started to use GB for 10^9, which is technically wrong, but still 10^9 is
easier to write in numbers than 2^30 :)

But as KDE uses 2^10 for a KB we should use KB. But we (not the CCed
lists, but KDE :) should think about switching to kB and 10^

Hi,

on docs.kde.org some docs (e.g. the french translation of kdeprint) from 
HEAD don't compile, I get this error: "Entity 'MacOS' not defined"

Here's how I call the transformation manually:
