Qt3/Win32 with the Borland C++ compiler (5.6.4 shipped with the free

breaks msvc and borland compilation. The older (2004-08-07) works

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>You must deploy a new bin/configure.exe because the
current treats the Borland C++ compiler as a unix compiler (->Makefile.unix).
This is also fixed by the patch.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>While browsing through the files I found some
files that were stored with MAC line breaks. I have a Windows Tool that corrects
