Is there a problem with downloads of KDE3 at the moment?<br><br>
The site has had the "This installation path will be available soon
... currently we are preparing the required packages." message for a
while now. Using the cygwin installer with the
"<a href="http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/install">http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/install</a>"
path fails everytime.<br><br>
