<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have installed the KDE 3 Beta version on Window 2000 system. My attempts to debug my problem seems to show that kdeinit.exe is attempting to creat local folder called /opt/kde3/bin"C:Documents and Settings/mark/Application Data"/share/config/ and fails. Then an attempt to build a socket to the same directory.</FONT></P>
